Anyone who is interested in this, you can buy it off Amazon, can't wait to get it, I was one of the lucky ones to see this at Lomond Shores before they decided to make it into an aquarium. You really need to be in this place to see how breathtaking it is. Live in Ayrshire now, not the same.

The description is somewhat unconfirmed. No one knows how the song came about although yes, it was from a Scots soldier. I was told the story that the younger brother of another Scots soldier had decided to be executed instead of his sibling so that he could go back and be with his wife, while the younger one knew that he would never see his girlfriend in the flesh again. But there's other stories which people have heard so it's origins will never be known. |
