@ EvilBunnyofDeath"The Voice" is Ireland. The land of Ireland. I think the song is like a modern version of 17th century Irish poetry, in which a common device used was Ireland appearing to the poet as a beautiful woman to give him a message of some kind. This genre of poetry was called the "Aisling". That's how I've always interpreted it, anyway.
