Honestly look at today Your Correct, 90's Rock n Roll sucked dick. Nirvana was garbage. Kurt Cobain couldn't play guitar for shit. While Pearl Jam, and Sound Garden and also Alice N Chains they did have talent Nirvana the so called front runners were crap. Guns N' Roses were way better. The best Rock Band of the Late 80s and early 90s. Grunge was crap, it gave birth to other crappy forms and later Alternative which is queer would arise. Hair bands at least could play guitar solos.

Also I know you're gonna throw out how some punk rock bands dressed up in bondage belts and had clothpins in their clothes and say that was dressing up so don't even try that I'm talking about bands like Black Flag,Husker Du,The Replacements,and The Jesus and Mary Chain,they didn't need to dress up because they're music was great and didn't need getups,the music spoke for itself like any great artform!!!

You like people who dress up to play concerts,so you must be Slipknot fan,do you call yourself maggott,like Slipknot fans do,"dude they dress up like zombies,they're freaking sick bro",I listen to the music and could careless if they dress up or not(although it does bum me out when bands wear shorts and golf shirts),in the indie and punk rock scenes lots of those bands didnt have to dress up to be great,they had great music!!!

Nirvana has about one good song. "Smell's Like Teen Spirit" the rest of them aren't anything special. Def Leppard have released over 60 hit singles and sold over 65 million albums. Rock and Roll still isn't dead too this day. Grunge is dead now but there are still a lot of 80's rock fans. And a lot of 80's bands are still making albums and playinjg in front of sell-out crowds. Where is Nirvana??????????? Rock and Roll was just just covered up by the short-lived grunge in the 90's.

They dressed like that but they didn't act like that is what I am trying to say. It wasn't who they were just what they wore. But I did realize that you were backing them up but if you know how Bret Micheals or Vince Neil is they are anything but feminine. But atleast we listen to great music and not grunge or rap/pop. So we shouldn't be arguing. My bad, I apologize.

you dont HAVE to dress up to paly rock n roll, but its way cooler and more entertaining if you do, some people have an issue with bands thst choose to do that, i personally preffer it. Who wants to watch some bum starin at there shoes for 2 hours moaning. honestly, i want rockstars giving a good fuckin show and what i paid for.

How about you warsh that dirty flanal shirt. Grunge band just sing about depressing stuff like how bad they got it and how bad the world. Tuffen' up. Just because the truly talented bands were getting well deserved air time of TV doesn't give you the need to diss great bands like Poison and Def Leppard. Metallica were highly influenced by Def Leppard so you have know fucking clue what you are talking about. Music should be fun not make you wanna hang yourself. I guess it beats rap/pop though.
