The song is about atomic war. Not a small thing like a local war. If you listen to the song you will hear that. A 15 megaton warhead would do more damage than you could ever imagine. Most missles in our ICBMs have 10 of these warheads times 100s of these missles and the Russians have the same. Plus the bio weapons and chemical weapons and the submarines have 15 megaton warheads and on and on that is what the song is about.
