So how many BTU's does it take to build a Hummer?

I love my 2008 Prius! Best car in its class. One of the only cars on the market where the resale price can exceed the retail price. Toyota is struggling to keep up with demand!

It takes 113,000,000 BTUs of energy to build one of those futuristic pussy-mobiles called a Toyota Prius; 113,000,000 BTU's equals 1,000 gallons of gasoline. You could drive a 98 Toyota Tercel on that amount of gasoline for like 7 years. That means by purchasing an "eco-friendly" car, you are pissing away 7 years of driving in one fucking purchase. If you don't get 7 years of driving out of that hybrid piece of shit (which the warantee guarantees you won't) you just fucked Mother Earth.

Don't they have ANY good designers at Toyota? Honestly, most Cars from Toyota just look freaking ugly. I mean they BUILD good cars, definately. But why are they lacking SO much in the design department? Either they just want to save a heckload of money in production, or they just don't have good designers. But that can't be true for the biggest car manufacturer in the world.

Everything you have said makes sense besides:"so please ... knowing than a sports car has better mileage than a Prius"Umm I live in Canada, and more specifically in Sudbury where they mine nickel for these batteries... and It is absolutely devastating what they are doing to the area to extract the minerals.

so what. its still better than living in the ocean?
hovy82 (June 23, 2008 at 3:51 pm)
fuck the Prius, this car does more environmental damage in the long run than anything elsethe nickel is harvested in canada then shipped to china to be transformed to a foam and then to japan so it's put in the battery boxso please ... knowing than a sports car has better mileage than a Prius

Your comments are not only inaccurate, they are intellectually lazy. Since they also lack substance, your attacks turn personal. Grow-up junior.

but then again, you need a massive 6.0L 400HP engine to go up to 65MPH (105 km/h), the speed limit on most US interstate highways.Oh yeah, those big engines are pussy magnets too, they also magically increase your penis size!! |
