well, you want to find the true meaning behind this you can't ignore the symbols:a white moth, omen of death (when a white moth enters a household, one of the people living there is doomed to die soon, same as the raven); you have the flutter of butterfly wings which becomes the constant beat in the song ("the flutter of butterfly wings can spawn a hurricane") and he himself turns into a bog moth man, a.k.a. a prophet of tragedy.Simply amazing.
