I only watched this film once - once was enough, I will never forget it. As a 19 year old I visited the site Bergen Belsen but that didn't move me as much as this. How could anyone do this to fellow beings? We will never know. We must fight to stamp out the thinking that led to this. Racism, sectarianism, religious intolerance, persecution of people who are seen as 'different' for whatever reason is a cancer that threatens the very fabric of civilisation. If allowed to flourish we will all die.

Very emotional. Great. Schindler's widow said, the film was "full of lies". Schindler would've never gotten away (not even from German courts during the war) if he had shot people randomly. And, what very few people know: There was no "Schindler's list" at all. Schindler was imprisoned during the time the "list" was set up. And of course, every camp inmate who was not on a list, was shot like Schindler shot the old man in the snow.
