Spencer's not that dumb. He agreed to get this sorted out on JJ, knowing if he lost that the show would have to pay up and not him. Add bonuses such as $100 appearence fee, the cost of a return flight to Hollywood and a free stay in a hotel. That sounds a pretty smart deal to me :>

no you guys are the stupid ones.the credit card was in rachaels name and spencer was just the authorized user. she sued him for the balance because everything on the card was stuff he purchased. hello thats what was said on Judge Judy. he bought the stuff so he needed to pay for it. its not her fault he is a stupid idiot and cant understand that.
