Hey, it's my ex-great uncle's coreography to techno...I like it. :)

Totally Awesome !! Great job or re-editing the music. To Choreograph something like, back then, that was amazing.

I also do not care for the music because it does not help me to appreciate the film better. That is true for 99% of silent film scores, which generally annoy me. I was born in 1963, and I like original music whenever possible; especially once Talkies came out, and music was in sequence with events. Remakes often pale - that's common knowledge. But if it brings this to a new audience, why not? We have both options.

It was made into a film to sell tickets in 1933. I seriously doubt the studio thought anyone would be looking at it 75 years later.

Busby was the greatest! Love that snake part.

I can't save it for the music - it was printed in film for a reason. But this does look like something from the famous "Hippodrome" in New York City on Sixth Ave. and 43rd St. (razed) It's now a parking garage.

I came across the track googling, it's called "Disco B*tches," an unpleasant title for a cool song.

Awesome! What is the name of this track?? I love the idea of mixing vintage with modern. Fabulous!!! |
