Eddie did transcended in a way, but seriously and honestly speakin nobody has transcended the electric guitar in the rock world as Mr. James Marshall Hendrix. He is the best rock guitar player of all times. Everybody owes to him. If it werent for him there wouldn't be no Eddie (and the one that we all know).Jimi did things that nobody ever did before him and till this day there hasn't been such a guitar genius and a virtuoso like him.Imagine a world without Hendrix?
