Thanks for mentioning "Strangers"...so many people gloss right over that one. How come live albums are so out of fashion nowdays?? When I was a teenager I had a roster of live albums that I listened to constantly. Rush "All the worlds a stage" D-Purple "made In Japan" and "Europe" and all the ones you named as well...I played the shit out of "the Song Reamins the same-soundtrack" too...good times!

I think all the big '70s live albums are essential listening for rock fans. Live Bootleg, Double Live Gonzo, Strangers In The Night, Alive, Live And Dangerous...the list goes on.
