the best thing to do is reintstall windows becuase it kills all the viruses. using antiviruses wont delete the virus it can only atempt to block em out

avg is absolutely awful, and i had a tech support guy at bloomberg recommed it to me, too. i left it alone but i should've told him YOU'VE GOT VIRUSES, BRAINIACyeah, don't download that program.
