The date doesn't matter. What matters is that Egypt never had dangerous and destructive problems untill 20/30 years ago. Now, women and children and ofcourse men get raped in prison. They go to jail for begging on the streets, and why the hell do you think they beg? Cuz Egypt is starving! about 50% of Egypt are hobos and homeless. So basically, the fifty percent of the other side of eypt is wealthy and has enough money, but the other fifty percent r basically starved and dead on the streets.
