Great video man. I never really bothered on finding out what RSS was, but it seems like it could save me a lot of time as I daily enter lots of forums and websites to check for new stuff!

used to use Sharpreader but it doesnt seem to support pictures/video so changed to google cos it does support media--so be careful on your selection

feedreader, and firefoxs bookmarks, or internet explorers bookmarks i guess r good 4 rss readers,along with ur suggested gmail, or yahoo mail, even though gmail isnt free...
