NO - it was racist, because tens of thousands of indians were racially offended by her comments. Hence, if its racially offensive to indians, then its racist. Obviously if ur not indian, then ur not offended.

People are too quick nowadays to accuse people of being "racist", after all, all she did was bully Shilpa. It's undeniable that Jo was a bully in the house, yet just because the person on the receiving-end was Indian, it's automatically extended to being racist. I personally believe that Joe is not culpable of being a racist, yet she should put her hands up and admit to bullying.

I feel sorry for Jo in some way. She is not a bad person. Man we all make fun of eachother accents. That happens all the time in Holland. Just because Shilpa is Indian people make a big deal of it ans call it Racist. Shilpa herself isn't even making a big deal of it. Don't act like you've never made fun of someone else!!!

She didnt at any point explain her behaviour if its not racist then its still mean so she needs to address that side of character:S just saying shes not racist is not going to fix things
