Pfft, well, you're just a plain old idiot for thinking such. Chas Chandler took him back to London, as said in the first video of this series. Mitch Mitchell and Noel Redding happened to be two musicians available to form a band with the incredible budding talent. Actually, Noel Redding really wasn't irreplaceable, but he was a bit full of himself, so he'd find himself getting replaced by American man Billy Cox, not that your nationality has anything to do with your level of musicianship.
