I got some interesting motivic ideas from this, the open string arpeggio stuff that gave me some ideas.But then again, my ears and fretboard knowledge are adequate. As he says "I needn't have to show - IF - ya knew you're theory."Of course, that's extremely basic theory (applied well).I like the maple board strat.I sort of wonder if he can play these licks at slower tempos.

Certainly not for a beginner, no. The youtube poster calls it a lesson, but it really is just a demonstration.
