Nice video, shows a good side of the market, and it shoulda stayed where it was. Build the new facility in Manhattan. They coulda went out on the river, the same way they built the Seaport (Pier 17). But Nnnooooooo, that property is much too valuable for fish mongers. Rudy got his way, and filled his pockets.
