x2 I agree with you.

I hate to burst your bubble but the song was about a man who is lovelorn and is searching for personal love. It has nothing to do with poverty, cultural alienation or urban conditions. Don't change it to fit some sociological argument.

Be greatful you lived in an era where you could experience such good music! Although there are a few good ones out there now. John Legend and Anthony Hamilton to name a couple

I disagree, albeit respectfully. The author says "...We have a national disgrace called Washington D.C." and, "May the Almighty Father (AllFather) deal with this in a decisive manner." I don't think I over-reacted, and if I did it's not as much as the author in my opinion. That is antagonistic language whether they meant it that way or not. It was hardly objective, even if it did get the point across of what the author was trying to point out.

*blank look* Over-react much? I don't think nor888vast695 was actually saying that at all.I think s/he was trying to point out how some people will see a homeless person and assume that it's the their fault they're homeless.I don't think the person was trying to blame or antagonize anybody, really, just pointing out a flawed way of viewing others (mainly the homeless).

It's such a wonderful that those who have loved and lost can relate to. For the longest time I did not know what would become of me. But thanks to my wonderful kids I kept going. Memories still hurt of my lost love but then smile of my kids give me all the strength that I need.
