Don't forget, there's a reason. It's not like people just got together one day and decided to show a whole bunch of violence on TV for the sake of violence. Throughout all history violence and entertainment has been a distraction. Things are not what they seem to be...

Tool is amazing and people have to understand that their lyrics always have a meaning. If u just think about It they mean that tragedy always gets peoples attention these days. Nobody cares about history or anything more meaningful in real life. They just like reality t.v and depressing news. Tool was the only band to show how much life has changed from the past to present day. In case If you didn't know Tool is sending messages to the public through music so they can help us. Tool Forever!

I'm talking about 'tragedy' within the show. Not just reality shows, the news as well. "killed by the husband , drowned by the ocean, shot by his own son" these are the stories that gain national attention and keeps people watching the news

Oh so reality shows are considered a tragedy now? OMG...XD LMFAO

This is truePeople these days are glued to the tv more than ever in history. The general public is hooked on reality shows. And tragedy on tv = ratings. So yes, people feed on tragedy like a vampire to blood.

Hmm...let's see. In this song he sings about how people feed on tragedy like a vampire feeding off of blood. Wow. Very fucking meaningful. |
