Oh, my goodness, but a lot of you are awfully sure that your are right about what is wrong with this man. It says a whole lot more about you than it says about Manuel. sorry i don't buy that. when it comes down to it it's his choice eat. "boo hoo i still feel hungry!" stfu and stay hungry because you weigh a tonne.good for him that he lost 200kg but come on-- he's riding a forklift for god's sake. anyone defending this guy is probably morbidly obese as well. listen take the twinkie out of your mouth and run a few lapswith most of the world starving his existence is a symbol of gluttony and selfishness. to give him pity and sympathy is the wrong approach.

Wtf where did you get that from? He had no damn disease he just ate till he got that big, show me proof of this so called disease, the only disease he has is obesity which he caused himself. Also why should anyone be proud of a person that lost that much weight when they shouldn't have gotten to that point in the first place, how about congradulating me for staying under 200 pounds.
