Sadly you cannot teach people sarcasm. If a person's brain is functioning properly they will automatically understand sarcasm. If that part of the brain is damage or undeveloped then they will not no matter how many times you explain it to them.

I find this video offensive. It is possible to be sarcastic and stupid at the same time. Perfect example is the Mission Accomplished speech. It is common knowledge he is stupid but if you look closely, Bush is always having a little chuckle AT US.
