How long to cook what?Do you mean processing time?Processing time varies by the canning method used & the type of food.

Very helpful video. I ordered a pressure cannure from the Lehman's catalog last week, and am working on my biggest garden ever. We'll also have our first beef cows ready this fall. Some are saying that we're heading for another great depression. If so, I'm prepared. Looks like you are too. |
