The movie's title is "Hard to say" (literal translation). song by Seung-Ki Lee, Korean singer.

it's a mv for the man guy in it, he sings the song. a lot of korean music videos have storylines like this. almost 100% of ballad songs like this one is like a drama story, because korean ppl are good at making dramas, they enjoy watching this kind of thing in a mv as well.
