wrong.you can say "elle est arménienne", or "c'est une arménienne", but certainly not "elle est une arménienne".

Just pointing out that using 'it' was probably not out of disrespect... in French you would say "c'est une Arménienne"

She is a person. Therefore one should refer to a person as he or she, not it.Her father is Italian and her mother is Armenian. She was borne and lives in France.
