This has got to be one of Carrey's best impressions. I don't know how I missed this one... it looks like it was from when I watched Dave on a regular basis, and I was a HUGE Max Headroom fan. And VR. 5.

The one difference between this and Jim Carey is that this guys character is freaky looking and because of that I don't laugh. I'm just freaked out completely. So Jim Carey made this style better. Also Carey has a certain presence on screen this guy doesn't at all. He's creepy and above all boring.
