If you are undergoing a legitimate conversion, you will soon learn that your own "culture and beliefs" will be distincly Jewish, which is based on the Torah and nothing else. There are a plethora of beautiful and unique customs according to region, but all share a common "culture and belief"...that is the Torah.

Yes, I am jewish too. btw, Joshua Nelson is jewish. He grew up being jewish and sings hebrew songs with a gospel twist. Inspirational isnt it? Yeah, the first time i heard him sing i was like HES AMAZING!!

woohoo I was at this concert front row!! This concert was exactly one year and a day after I saw Joshua Nelson for the first time in concert at the Jewish Memorial Museum when on holiday in New York!! This concert was at Limmud only 14 miles from where I live in England

wow. I am an african american converting to Judaism. Soon as he said "Adon" I was BLOWN AWAY!!! He sounds like Mahalia Jackson singing in Hebrew. It a perfect blend of my own culture and beliefs. wow.
