i am in love with this brilliant mans music. he is one of my favorite artists and an extremely talented dude. for all of the people saying his voice sucks, uhh, he is an old man, ok. His voice isnt what it used to be, but you gotta respect the dude for writing so many great songs ^_^

Bob Dylan is superior to Guns n Roses or any band you can name from the last 20 years. Way more integrity, credibility and songwriting prowness. An amazing artist who has stayed sincere and honest throughout. That cannot be said of Metallica or Fall out boy or any of the current 'musical icons'. Bob Dylan, Johny Cash and Tom Petty, cant name artists like that from the last 20 years now can you?

No, tell me unclebob to the second power. How plebian is it? Some of his stuff is unrecognizable live. That's why I've never paid money to see him. I love live jams, extended versions, live music, etc. But no thank you, to this.

Really, I totally credit Dylan for making such an excellent song (among others), but honestly I don't like his voice at all. He needs to pick one damn way of singing and stick with it on this song.

Well bad singing is kind of a known Bob Dylan thing. He used to sound alot better, but as hes gotten older his voice has changed and gotten worse, in my opinion. But hes an amazing song writer.

Man- listen... I am always open to any types of music.. and I even LOVE covers of this song.. but the man can't sing. Period. He's a good songwriter... but he honestly should have taken voice lessons. He doesn't deserve to be a touring performer.

People come on!Dylan is the man.Period.He's the real deal a true American original outlaw.GnR are great,a better than average L.A. hair band.I really like them except they just didn't have the chops to produce more then a few albums.You really can't compare apples to oranges here.Personally i think Rory Gallgher does a beautiful version as do many others:Warren Zevon,Television,Roger Waters,etc...And yes Bob Marley covered this tune too.Enjoy peoples!Rory On!!
