stupido! this is based on romeo and juliet..for those of youse not familar wit da bard..bernstein composed this masterpiece in the early sixties..it is a fantastic dancing piece to behold..

I love the way they are dancing not fighting! Thanks for all these posts, they've been a great help to me. I am playing in the orchestra for a one-off performance next week and as of yet- no rehearsals! So this is a great way for me to get to know them.I'm excited, its a great musical!
