with my own opnion being said, that blind melon is the greatest bands ever play, not only cause they sound good but because shannon is being so true and the lyrics are amazing.. prob not the greatest band, like zeppelin, beatles, pink floyd, rolling stones, bands that we know are better..but this band "blind melon" is the fuckin band of the 90's along with nirvana..i get high as a kite every day with my buddies to blind melon, cause we only get blazed to the best bands, peace

Actually Shannon wasn't the songwriter for most of the songs. He just made them his own. RIP Shannon.
