most likely you would just notate it normally, maybe in diamond headed notes to show that it is not supposed to be played and then just put a little sidenote that says "sing through instrument while playing" or something.

dude tell me about it! I can do multiphonics on tuba, Its fun to be able to play the melody and harmony of a song at the same time on one instrument. But yeah band teachers dont usually like unplanned tuba solos. But its fun as hell! I knew how to play Take My Breath Away by Berlin, Pachelbel's Canon, Simple Gifts, and a few others quite well. It was a lot of fun but by the end of the school year everyone wanted to kill me. Be nice to your tuba players!

Ahh that sucks man! How come? Did you do it like in the middle of a piece or something??Conductors usually tend not to like kick-ass unplanned Tuba improvisations if that so be the case : )
