yeah the capo shoud be on the fouth fret and the bottom string should be tuned to C (making it E when the capo is on)

notice how at 0:15 the capo is on the 2nd fret, then at 0:22 it has moved up to the 5th, i guess thats half the reason im getting confused while trying to play it ;P
