Sorry to contradict you, there are ID styles where you move arms. And there are plenty of shows that are not Riverdance or LOTD. You seem to be competitive Irish dancers and also very young, don´t leave unpleasant comments because you haven´t seen much...

this is one of those river-dance knock offs, where they try to imitate river dance (which by the way I hate because of the arm movements)
