The 'Sail Surfboard' was granted a patent, it was vigorously enforced. OK to make your own Sailsurfer, but not to market them!:-( Then one dude started marketing Sail Surfboards without paying royalties. The Lawyers pounced like wolves! He just laughed all the way to court, over the years he had collected travel brochures, magazines etc. from prior to the Patent Application, clearly showing sails on surfboards. Patent claims are broad, exposure of 'Prior Art' limits the patent's scope!;-)

Buat as the usan wants all the credits for all, they claim it as their invention

I halted this video at 07:24, where the cost constraint was $10. In 1990, at the Glastonbury International Arts Festival, a 'Wigwam' harmonic oscilation belt turbine was demonstrated. The components were as follows:-(1) A Pole(2) A plastic 'Hoola Hoop'(3) Ribbons(4) Pegs (Skewars/Tent Pegs)(5) Magnets inside coils [inside 'Hoola Hoop'](6) Super-Capacitors (instead of batteries)Power generation functions like the ubiquious shake-torches. 'Hoola' half way up 'wigwam';-)

Physics is physics. Any freshman can use what they know to show on paper that this idea is lame. Please educate yourselves in the basics first. This is most important. Creative thinking and breaking out of the mold still requires legitimate knowledge about nature.

Congratulations, it's a very good idea. I don't speak English, and I couldn't understand all the exposition. How can I get this conference in written? I live in a developing country, I'm interesting in this sistem for Colombia.Thank you very much Shawn.

Sounds like a twist on a wave generator, brilliant :)

Once again I feel like such an idiot. I thought of this when I was around 12 while riding a bike with a very fat rubber band stretched across my handlebars. It made a sweet bass note when I pedaled fast. About a week later I imagined something similar to this in my head. Thats my problem, I have literal volumes of ideas written down over the last 8-15 years and I never tell anyone about them. Ill likely die with a few very good ideas in an old sketchbook never to be seen again. Great vid!

chech out the tesla turbine, it would be the best way to get energy from the steam plants, it works on surface tension and very efficient over the impulse blades. the invention was made by nikola tesla and its about 100 yrs old now. |
