I was doing some research about Korea and Bboys and I found out that the government supports in hopes of attracting tourists. It's the same thing (You might not understand this that most of the top Blizzard players are Korean

Ya, sad really :(it's cause bboys are part of hallyu (sp?) in Korea (Korean wave). Gov't supports it
