The extensions are also too shiny and fake looking. They don't look like real hair.

Looks like a hit-and-miss with the hair color. Also notice how the models hair are colored very close to the same color as the pieces. They don't show models with multi-colored hair, over processed hair, or very thinning hair with bald spot. I wouldn't trust this product.
