Hell no I'm not saying bloods or crips are organized. Completely opposite actually, but someone much higher up is. There's so many layers the product has to go through before it hits the streets that the "organized" individuals or suppliers can mask themselves from the law, at least for some time anyway. That's why these boneheads are the ones that pay the heaviest price of death or a long vacation in jail. Good attempt at trying to sound clever though.

Gangster? I don't think so. Just looks like people trying to survive the only way they know how. Where's the organization? Where's the cunning and wit? It's hoodlums with guns blasting each other from across the highway and running crazy. That's not gangster, that's fuckin' chaos. No doubt there's an organized element in control of all this, but they aren't on this video. Garbage.
