No, you can't compare him to Castro,Hussien or Hitler even if you didn't mention there other two but they are in those categories. Somoza didn't commit genocide. And about the killing of children and women Somoza never ordered to kill them, that was the soldiers of his army who didn't know how to read or write, they killed people on free will now if he punish his soldiers idk. I know that he didn't let noone else run only his family was in control.

My father fought in the sandinista revolution after some of his family was murdered by the somosista pigs. The sandinistas didnt take 13 year old boys. those boys joined on their own for the reason that they wanted their sons to live an a peaceful place.
