well, thats war, thats why war sucks, but i believe especially that the atomic bomb was just the right measure, but then again my great-grandfather was on a ship getting ready to land on Japan, so i might be just a little biased in favor of the bomb

okay, sorry for coming in a little too strong.well, i don't like that kind of attack on Truman, Truman did the right thing by using the Atom bomb, otherwise, the sovies may have gotton half of Japan, they were days from launching an invasion when Japan surrendered, you can't really believe that would've been better, could you?
