not about being respectful man, point is you said something I responded lol Just because people believe it don't mean imma be like YAY WE ALL HAVE A BELIEF no, there are souls on the line and I will help those who seek it. The fact of the matter the catholic faith don't line up with the bible. I have no respect for other faiths, just the people. To show respect to another faith is to show respect to the devil and he don't deserve my respect. But to show respect to the person is to show the love.

Honorable people are more respectful of other people and their religion. I have no religion, but I'm more respectful of others than you are!

I would love to talk about this over I.M lol not here but the bible makes it perfectly clear those who add or take away from the bible are of the devil not God. Christians are just christians no matter what they call themselves but the Catholic faith is not a christian faith due to one of the facts they added alot to the bible and took things away. A Christian is one who lives his life for Christ, one who follows the bible not add or take away from it. And Christ is God, He proved it already.

Moreover: the Bible was written by the Jews and is the sacred book of Judaism - only the New Testament was written by Christian i.e those who believe that Christ is one of the three manifestations of God!

If we keep going back in time we will get to AFRICA, were according to modern Anthropology all human beings were originated! LOL They were certainly the first to acquire fire and produce the first tools!

Christians are Catholics, Protestans and Orthodox - all those who believe in Christ as the Son of God. What Americans call "Christians" are in reality Evangelicals, followers of a branch of Protestantism! LOL

Science is a western concept! The Greeks were the first to use systematic observation to and reasoning to analyse natural hapennings. Its most important foundations were set by the philosophers of the Enlightment - and Science as defined by them is the base of modern technology!

Many peoples with no contact with each other worshiped the sun - had nothing to do with Persians: the Indians in South America, the Astecs, the Egyptians. The Sun was the first Deity to most peoples!

Another trait of the "Western World" - most of us take religion with a grain of salt and think that Christinism was more of an obstacle to the development of knowledge, especially science!

Many discoveries that were important to the survival and development of human beings such as how to produce fire, how to work metal, or btw how to produce alcohol were EMPIRIC, not scienetific per sei.Science as a systematic body of knowledge is Western (period). It was developed by the post-Renaisance scholars even tough it has its roots in Greek philosophy and vision of the world - the GREEKS were the first to explain the world NATURALLY instead of SUPERNATURALLY! |
