hi i was woundering:1. if you void the warranty with jailbreaking and you restore it to how itas can you take it to the store then?2. what program do you recommend to jailbreak?3. how do you get the installer.appp.s all this iphone stuff... im new to it so please dont shout at me :)

I would not get the 2 year warranty. If anything goes wrong with the phone and it's completely inoperable (which probably wouldn't happen) then you could always purchase a new phone for $200. So why spend the money now if you might not need to. Also, if you plan on jailbreaking or unlocking that phone then you'll void that warranty.

Would you recommend purchasing the 2 year warranty form Apple? 200 extra bucks is kind of steep? Did you get it?

Yes, you can do a complete restore of your iPhone through iTunes.

Omar,Once you have jailbroken the iphone, is it possible to go back to original settings? How?(I have never had an Iphone, but plan on getting 3G) |
