The lataest attempt to limit his appeal to what grounds SCCRC have referred is appallingly Shocking and a disgrace on Scottish Justice.Lets hope our appeal Courts see through this lataest attempt at saving face from SCCRC and Crown Office for their wrongdoings and inactions
