true...but Gibson is also over there bro, and the US..its cheaper to build there..just Gibson has ebony fret boards, and better hard ware..but yes finally somebody see's! dam been awhile! they are one in the same..almost..sister company's yes!

Epiphone = Gibson but there's one thing. Epiphone have factory in Korea, Gibson in USA. I playd on Gibson and that was great. I have Epiphone and it kick ass. In my opininion Epiphone = Gibson ;) Sorry for my terrible english xd
