a british boxer would never of got a hometown decision in americajoe calzaghe disagree's
TheMightOfTheEnglish (July 24, 2008 at 4:53 pm)
he did beat farr ,but what i saw farr won, farr was gracious in defeat ,but it was a home town decision in my eyes, americans usually give it to the agressor ,anyway to last 15 rounds with the greatest boxer of all time ,he didnt do so bad
burtwiseman (July 24, 2008 at 1:50 am)
Might of English: Joe Louis did beat Farr. Louis won most of the rounds as he was counter punching Farr throughout the fight.
burtwiseman (July 24, 2008 at 1:44 am)
Might of English: Max Baer destroyed Farr in their 2nd ft. in Madison Sq. Garden. Farr was a fair boxer, but when he met Baer for the 2nd time he was destroyed.
