Thumbs up- I agree - And I did give him compliments, so did sticky...But they were weaved in with critique...Mine was a little harsh after watching 20 covers 4 the same song looking 4 a good one...Not an excuse, thats just what happend: I was harsh & I appologise 2 stick & David...Both are talented & I meant no scars.

All I can say is we both ruined this guys thread with minconseptions...None of us know eachother, yet we fight like cats and dogs over the smallest things...I am guilty...And I point no fingers...I can live with what I said...And as 4 the stab in the chest...Well, that was just me finishing off an unfortunate clash of ego's to which StickyFigures has replied in a PVT message to solve our differences...Not alot of people do that, so my respect to Sticky 4 being bigger than I was in the end.

And one last thing. I read your comment of the not meaning to be rude and I understand. All I was doing was trying to help you so you don't have so many people on your back. Once again, my intention is not to offend you or to be an "asshole" to you. Reminder: Please bring this to YT mail I really don't want to get others involved. Nobody needs to get invlolved and neither does you or I. Now then since we believe we are both 'mature', lets bring it to YT mail and settle it like adults.

Look, all I was pointing at was the comment that some found rude and all I asked of you was just to be carefull what you say so you don't accidentally offend others intentional or not. I didn't ask for you to stab me in the chest either. And never do I want to see anybody start bringing others into an argument. That right there is downright immature and simply pathetic. When I responded to you I did not mean offense. I was just warning you that some did get offended by your choice of words.

If your smart enough to actually read through the threads you'll see 2 crutial elements: 1: I never denied this man had talent: 2: I dont like pop country applied to cover songs...I never stated anything about hate, only that "I" found the song boybandish and nasaly. This was my opinion as I watched about 20 Viva covers and saw that alot of people were not in thier environment. This is one of the best Vida covers, I offered my critism, and it was not a heartbreaker...Least I'm standing up |
