Jason Cassel's "Festival Of Samhain"

This is one of Jason Cassel's favorite installments of his long running Halloween Spinoff series. "Festival Of Samhain" follows a poor reviewed sequel 10 months prior entitled, "Deception Of The Thorn". Cassel seemed withdrawn from his presence on screen as his favorite character he created in 1988, Dr. Loumis Jr. Off set, Cassel was facing the loss of his beloved mother. Critics claim that it was obvious the film was thrown together with Cassel missing from most of the scenes. It was a question whether or not the series would continue. Cassel though, did rise up to the occassion to return to the screen with a great script and onscreen presence in "Festival". This installment follows up right where the last film left fans. It is the turn of the Millennium, the year 2000. The cult of Thorn (a celtic rune) tried to gain the full control of they're uncontrolled Minion, Michael Myers. He is to destroy his bloodline in time for the return of the Norse god, Thorez. This sequel opens new doors to the series with a lot of questions that the following installments claim to answer.
