naw man he got locked up in 2000, that would make it 85% for a parole release. that would be 9 years served of a 10 year sentence they did use his album against him with the son of sam law, but he managed to get some funds relased for family issues. he had an appeal in 06, thats diffrent from a prarole. hopfully he come home.

well if he comin out 09 then thats 100% of his time. They wasn't gonna let him early anyway they don't like him. they used his album against him in court then froze him money when he was tryin to do his second album,and denied him early release when he was tryin for it in 06 or 07.
