his landings were messy, and from a technical point of view that was what lost him the gold - but i agree he deserved it. He embodies what the sport was about. He is literally dancing on the ice and everyone loved it.From memory he had an encore as well? Everyone cheered for him to come back out and repeat the sword fight scene :)

I totaly agree. Especialy when he starts tripping at 3.30. Unbelivable!And im not a big fan of figure skating.

This routine is more remembered than the gold and silver medals winners. It was great! I would awarded him with the gold medal. It's a classic now.

I absolutely loved this guy. He was a wonderful skater and there wasn't anything he couldn't do.

thanks for sharing! never understood why he never get the gold medal, his program was 99.9% perfect! plus the choregraphy that was much ahead... a delight!
