They had me at 'rolling stone', then Mick Jagger had to play that awful harmonica solo. I imagine a guitar riff by Keith would've been better.

xD that's right, the band's name was taken by the song "Rollin' Stone" (Muddy Waters) [sorry for my mistake...=.=''). Maybe Jagger wanted to "copy" Dylan because his song contains these words: "...Like a complete unknown Like a rolling stone?...." etc...And maybe them explain well the meaning of the band's name...i think so...but I really don't know...XD

actually, they got their name from a song by muddy waters called "rollin' stone". (not to mention that The Rolling Stones formed in 1962while Dylan recorded this song in 1965.
