Actually, I don't know any such thing. In fact, I recently received a detailed account from a U.S. Citizen & his wife who were seized & detained for an extended period of time at one of these internal checkpoints even though they readily identified themselves as Americans & provided passports.Despite this fact, the agents chose to direct them to secondary & demanded to search their trunk absent reasonable suspicion.This is a common practice by overzealous agents at these checkpoints.

If Americans do not exercise their rights, they will have no rights. The American shooting this video not only exercises his rights, he shows how agents cannot detain you without probable cause. When you are stopped at a check point, they have detained you.

It is so easy to comply and be on your way. However, that approach will cost you dearly in the future. Exercise your god given and constitutionally protected rights every chance you get. Many men gave up their lives so you could have these rights. The very least you can do is to grow some nads and exercise those rights and hold on to them for dear life

40 miles north is nothing. A human can walk 20 miles or more in a day. Most don't want to. That's why they get in cars and DRIVE. The checkpoint is there to look for the 20 illegals jammed into the back of the vehicle. Ok, I get your point about having to answer questions about your citizenship as a free American. You and I both know if you had said I am a US citizen you would have been throuh the checkpoint in a few seconds. I think your point is that you don't believe you should have to answer

One of the best phrases I've heard to describe the Dog & Pony shows put on by Homeland Security, be it at commercial airports or on the streets of America, is 'Security Theater'....

The Feds can't or won't catch illegals. Now they targrt citizens for stops. That way they have alot of paperwork to send to D.C. to justify budgets, payroll, etc.
